Uptown Square a prestigious group of restaurants, due to an expansion of their operations seeks to recruit Pastry Cooks.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a wide variety of pastry goods, following traditional and modern recipes.
  • Guidance and motivate Pastry Assistants to work more efficient.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge about pastry arts and ingredients
  • Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar position is a must.
  • Proven knowledge of pastry arts and ingredients
  • Command of Greek or English Languages both written and verbal.
  • Culinary school degree/diploma will be a plus.

  • Persistence, with attention to details and quality.
  • Strong Communication Skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
